What experience do you have with Handyman Services?

Journeyman carpenter with over 10 years of residential and commercial construction experience. While both working at and attending school for carpentry at SAIT, I had exposure to commercial construction projects and maintenance jobs. After successfully completing my apprenticeship, I then went into the residential sector with the company I was employed with at the time. This educated me further with home building and repairs.

Are you certified at any trade?

Yes, I am a fully licensed journeyman carpenter in Alberta.

Can you provide references or photos of similar work you've done?

Absolutely! Please refer to my About Us page to view a full list of my contact references, photos and reviews.

What is the estimated cost, and what does that include?

I normally charge $80-$125 as a minimum charge for anything up to and including the first hour of work (not including material). Anything beyond the first hour would require an estimate and approval.

How long will the project take to complete?

Depends on what task is being completed. Upon the initial assessment of each job I arrive at, I will give each customer an expected timeline and price before any work is started.

What is your payment schedule?

Payment is due upon completion, however, any job with a material cost over $500, a minimum deposit of 50% will be expected upon contract approval.
